At the time when lockdown announced by our Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi ji, our team from that day started making masks in our own center for the people residing in the rural areas and slums areas and we are distributing foods grains, sanitizer , masks on regular basis till date and will try do on continuous basis
We, entire team stated drive of awareness for the person of rural areas as how to protect themselves in this time and what are the precaution and safety measures required to be taken. “Organization’s working relentlessly to ensure our people make it through the crisis.” During the challenging days of the COVID-19 pandemic, when uncertainty and fear gripped the world, the “Bhimbirsa Immense Foundation” stood as a beacon of hope under the exemplary leadership of its Chairman, Sarita Pandey. The pandemic had severely affected the people of Ramgarh, a region that depended heavily on daily wage earners, who found themselves without work, food, or even basic medical supplies. With hospitals overwhelmed and protective gear in short supply, the situation demanded swift and innovative action. Sarita Pandey, with her relentless dedication to the community, knew that immediate and thoughtful intervention was necessary.
One of the standout initiatives during this difficult period was the Foundation’s mask-making project. As face masks became crucial in preventing the spread of the virus, they were not readily available to the rural population of Ramgarh. Sarita Pandey, along with her team, devised a plan to create self-made masks in their free stitching centers, which were set up years before to empower local women with vocational skills.
With the assistance of local tailors and volunteers, these centers quickly pivoted to produce thousands of masks. The volunteers, mostly women, many of whom were from underprivileged backgrounds, worked tirelessly day and night to meet the growing demand for face coverings. The stitching centers, which once trained women in sewing and tailoring, became a lifeline for the entire community. These women, despite their own hardships, rose to the occasion with an unyielding sense of duty. Under the leadership of Sarita Pandey and the unwavering dedication of the team, they produced masks in bulk, all while maintaining safety protocols.
The Bhimbirsa Immense Foundation didn’t stop at just distributing masks. Recognizing the multifaceted needs of the community, they extended their efforts to provide food materials and medical supplies. Many families in the villages of Ramgarh, who had lost their primary sources of income, were struggling to afford even the most basic necessities. The Foundation organized regular distribution drives, ensuring that essential food items like rice, lentils, and vegetables were provided to those in need. Medical supplies, such as sanitizers, gloves, and thermometers, were also distributed to prevent the spread of the virus and ensure that villages were equipped to handle minor medical emergencies.
Sarita Pandey, ever the visionary, ensured that the distribution of these goods was conducted systematically. The team collaborated with local health workers and village heads to identify the most vulnerable families. Volunteers went door to door, delivering packages of food, masks, and medical supplies, ensuring that no household was left behind. In total, thousands of families in the Ramgarh region benefitted from this initiative.
Beyond providing immediate relief, the Foundation’s work created a ripple effect of positivity and resilience. The initiative not only addressed the urgent health crisis but also helped the women involved in the stitching centers gain a sense of purpose and pride. For many, this was more than just volunteering; it was a way to contribute to the safety and well-being of their own community. Their efforts saved lives, and their stories of dedication became an inspiration for the region.
Under Sarita Pandey’s leadership, the Bhimbirsa Immense Foundation navigated the storm of the COVID-19 crisis with compassion, strength, and unity. What started as a local initiative to produce masks blossomed into a large-scale relief effort that touched countless lives. Even in the darkest times, the Foundation proved that through collective effort and a shared sense of responsibility, a community can overcome any obstacle.

Patratu, Jharkhand: In a heartfelt initiative to honor India’s Independence Day, Sarita Pandey, the founder of the Bhimbirsa Immense Foundation (BBIF), spearheaded a tree-planting drive in Patratu. On this special occasion, the foundation planted 500 saplings, reaffirming its commitment to environmental conservation and community development.
Sarita Pandey, a passionate advocate for sustainable living, emphasized the importance of planting trees in combating climate change and enhancing the region’s green cover. Addressing the gathering, she said, “Independence Day is not just a celebration of our nation’s freedom but also a reminder of our responsibilities as citizens. By planting these saplings, we are contributing to the well-being of future generations.”
The event witnessed active participation from local residents, volunteers, and members of the foundation. Various species of native plants were chosen to ensure ecological balance and long-term growth. The tree-planting drive aligns with BBIF’s mission to create a greener, healthier environment and foster a sense of environmental stewardship in the community. In a remarkable effort to promote environmental sustainability, the Bhimbirsa Immense Foundation organized a plantation drive at Pratigya Public School, Khunti, Ranchi, Jharkhand. This impactful event took place with the enthusiastic participation of students, teachers, and local community members, highlighting the importance of ecological preservation and afforestation.
As part of the initiative, approximately 500 saplings were planted across the school campus and surrounding areas. The species chosen included a mix of fruit-bearing trees, shade-providing varieties, and native plants, ensuring long-term ecological balance and biodiversity enhancement.
The plantation drive aimed to instill a sense of responsibility toward nature among the students and local residents. Speaking on the occasion, representatives from the Bhimbirsa Immense Foundation emphasized the critical role of trees in combating climate change, improving air quality, and fostering a greener future.
The Principal of Pratigya Public School expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Foundation for its noble efforts and pledged to ensure the proper care and maintenance of the newly planted saplings. Bhimbirsa Immense Foundation recently carried out a remarkable plantation drive across the villages of Sugia, Kander, Sewta, Marar, and Sandi in Ranchi and Ramgarh districts of Jharkhand. As part of their environmental conservation initiative, the foundation successfully planted around 2,000 saplings in these rural areas.
This effort aims to combat deforestation, improve the green cover, and address the pressing issues of climate change and soil erosion. The plantation drive included a variety of native plant species chosen for their ability to thrive in the local climate and contribute to biodiversity.
The villagers actively participated in the initiative, demonstrating their commitment to protecting the environment and improving their local ecosystems. Awareness campaigns were also conducted to educate residents about the importance of afforestation and the long-term benefits of a greener environment.
The Bhimbirsa Immense Foundation’s dedication to sustainable development and environmental preservation is paving the way for a healthier and more balanced ecosystem in Jharkhand. This plantation drive is a significant step toward ensuring a cleaner, greener future for generations to come.
At Bhimbirsa Immense Foundation, we believe that education is not just a right—it’s the foundation for a better future. In the remote and underserved villages of Ramgarh and Ranchi, we are working tirelessly to bridge the education gap for underprivileged children who dream of a brighter tomorrow.
Many of these children face obstacles that go far beyond the classroom—poverty, lack of access to resources, and societal challenges often keep them away from school. Understanding this, our foundation has launched several educational support programs focused on accessibility, motivation, and empowerment.
Through our education initiative, we are:
Distributing school supplies including notebooks, pens, pencils, school bags, and geometry kits.
Supporting informal learning centers where children can receive free basic education.
Encouraging girl child education, ensuring every girl has the opportunity to learn and grow.
Organizing awareness sessions for parents to highlight the importance of regular school attendance.
By providing these basic tools and encouragement, we’re not only helping children attend school—we’re nurturing their confidence, curiosity, and creativity.
Every book, every pencil, every lesson—brings them one step closer to breaking the cycle of poverty.
Together with our dedicated volunteers and generous supporters, we are planting seeds of knowledge today that will grow into the leaders, thinkers, and changemakers of tomorrow.
Let’s continue to invest in education—because when we educate a child, we uplift an entire community.

In its continued mission to uplift and support underserved communities, Bhimbirsa Immense Foundation recently carried out a heartfelt distribution drive across the rural villages of Ramgarh and Ranchi. With the aim of addressing some of the most basic yet essential needs, our team reached out to the elderly, children, and students in these remote areas with compassion and care.
As winter approached, many senior citizens in the villages found it difficult to stay warm due to a lack of proper resources. Understanding the urgency, our foundation distributed blankets to elderly individuals, ensuring they could face the cold nights with greater comfort and dignity.
For the children, many of whom come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, we brought the joy of new clothes. The excitement and smiles on their faces as they received shirts, sweaters, and warm wear were priceless and a reminder of the power of small acts of kindness.
In addition to clothing support, we also took the opportunity to encourage education in these communities by providing essential educational materials. Notebooks, pens, pencils, school bags, and other stationery items were distributed to children attending local schools or informal education centers. Our goal is to motivate and empower every child to continue their studies and dream of a brighter future.
These efforts were not just about distributing material items—they were about building relationships, restoring dignity, and showing people that they are not alone.
We thank all our volunteers, supporters, and donors whose unwavering support makes such initiatives possible. Together, we are creating change—one village, one child, and one elder at a time.
